SYSTEM POSITION

The WLT Capital System operates as a programme-level institutional capital architecture governing how capital structures are defined, assessed, admitted, and advanced to institutional allocation readiness.

Within the system, capital structures are:

  • structurally defined;
  • assessed against defined structural, eligibility, and risk requirements;
  • supported by documented evidence;
  • reviewed and approved under defined governance authority;
  • admitted upon satisfaction of system-defined conditions; and
  • advanced to institutional allocation readiness and transaction-specific execution readiness.

Progression occurs only when the requirements governing the relevant structure and stage have been satisfied.

The system precedes transaction execution. Execution proceeds within the governing structural, governance, legal, and documentation conditions without redefining or overriding them.
