PURPOSE

The Certification Status Register is the authoritative programme-level governance record of independent verification, certification, external review, and issuance status across the WLT Global Green Bond Programme.

The Register provides the controlled reference point for current status, applicable scope, independent provider, and available supporting external-review evidence across the Programme and its Programme Series.

Internal procedural status is recorded following governance validation. Externally determined status is recorded only upon confirmation by the relevant independent provider or authority.

The Register records status. It does not itself constitute verification, certification, assurance, regulatory approval, or an external opinion.

GOVERNANCE PERIMETER

The Register operates within the programme-level governance architecture established by the WLT Sustainable Finance Framework and applied to the WLT Global Green Bond Programme through the WLT Green Finance Framework, applicable eligibility methodologies, and Series-specific documentation.

All Programme Series operate within a common programme-level governance architecture governing status progression, document custody, eligibility, external-review readiness, and lifecycle oversight.

The Register records:

  • independent verification status;
  • certification status;
  • Second-Party Opinion and other external-review status; and
  • issuance status.

Register entries do not amend, supersede, or modify the WLT Sustainable Finance Framework, WLT Green Finance Framework, applicable eligibility methodologies, issuance documentation, or independent external-review materials.

SERIES STATUS

The WLT Global Green Bond Programme comprises six Programme Series.

Each Programme Series is governed by its eligibility requirements, governance procedures, external-review scope, certification requirements, and issuance documentation.
